All our Grade A and B phones have been thoroughly tested, and are fully functional, ready to be used again.
All phones are unlocked, phone memories have been erased ( contacts, email, SMS, pictures, videos etc...) and batteries are charged.
Grade A phones will be in very good condition,looking nearly like new at arms length. Phone will have some minor scratches but you will never have any dents or cracks on the phone housing.
Grade B phones will have more important traces or usage but are still in good enough condition to be resold as they are and you won't have any phone with cracks or dents.
